Policies, Procedures & GDPR


Norcot Early Years Centre has a comprehensive folder of agreed policies and procedures. Some policies are statutory and require Governor approval. You will find a folder for reference in the Meadowside and Waterside offices.

Staff are required to read through policies and procedures as part of their induction and throughout the time of employment including as and when updates are issued.

Policies and procedures help us to do our job and to ensure we are compliant with Early Years legislation as well as health & safety law. If you are unsure of anything, please speak to your line manager and refer to the folder for guidance.
