Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

(NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare and Education) 

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join the team in our Waterside Day Care building to start as soon as possible. The post is permanent.

 

FULL TIME EQUIVALENT

RG3 SCP 5-7 £24,790– £25.584

*RG3 SCP 8-11 £25,992 - £27,269

*(above the gateway if gateway progression achieved) P


(Successful candidates will normally start at the first point of the grade to which they are appointed) 

 

This is a part-time post offered for 3 days per week on either early/late shift on a rota or compressed over 2 days.

 

Early shift is 7.45am to 4pm, late shift is 10am to 6.15pm with an hour for lunch break.

Compressed hours over 2 days starts at 7.45am and finishes at 6.15pm with an hour for lunch break.

You will be a keyworker for a group of children and be part of an established, experienced team of staff to meet the needs of individual children’s needs by completing relevant paperwork and working to the revised EYFS. You will model positive social interaction and play to provide exciting learning experiences. All staff are required to demonstrate inclusive practice at all times.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Be creative, dynamic and a good communicator.
  • Have a flexible approach to your work with a warm, caring attitude.
  • Have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.
  • Have experience of working with babies and children from 3 months to 5 years.

Level 3 Early Years Practitioner

We are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join the team in our Nursery School building to start as soon as possible. The post is permanent.

 

RG3 SCP 5-11 £20,080– £22,089 (pro-rata for term time only)

* SCP 8- 11 ( if above the gateway if gateway progression achieved)

The post is permanent, Term-time only plus Inset days

35 hrs per week –           8am to 5pm Monday

                                               8am to 3.45pm Tuesday to Friday

 

Required: ASAP


Due to expansion of the Centre with an additional Resource Base for children with additional needs, we are looking for an enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join the team in our Ofsted rated Outstanding Nursery School.

 

The successful candidate will:

  • Have a good working knowledge of the revised EYFS and demonstrate a commitment to providing childcare in a non-discriminatory and inclusive manner.
  • Have experience of working with SEND children or have an interest in working with SEND children.
  • Have experience of working with children aged 2 to 4 years old and in the delivery of high quality childcare and education.
  • Be creative, dynamic and a good communicator and be a team player.
  • Have a flexible approach to your work with a warm, caring attitude.
