Welcome Presentation to Parents

Tapestry - Online Learning Journal

When your child starts at Norcot you will be given a link to log in to Tapestry, an online journal of your child's life at Norcot.  Key workers will upload milestones, events and photos here and we encourage parents to do the same to celebrate what you and your child have been up to when at home or out and about.

Sickness Exclusion Period

Due to the easily transferable nature of certain illnesses, the government has issued guidelines on the period that a child should be excluded from any childcare setting in order to try to prevent these illnesses from spreading. Please see the attached document to find the exclusion period for an illness.

Fundraising for Norcot

Money raised for Norcot is used to enrich the children's learning experiences that we would otherwise be unable to offer.

01

School Fund

We invite parents to make contributions to support the work of the nursery school. The school fund enriches the children’s everyday experience at Norcot and enables us to give your child additional opportunities.  These opportunities, which the children thoroughly enjoy, bring their learning to life.  The suggested donation is £1.00 a week. The children can place their donations in our interactive donation boxes.

02
